Kiwi fruit photography

Today I decided to go to the shop and buy a kiwi fruit to shot. I what'ed to get the bright green colour of the inside of the fruit as the mean photo. First i cut the kiwi into thin slices so i could get some of the light to go though the slice. I got two pieces of glass and put a sheet of white paper between the glass so i can get a nice white background. I then placed a flash under the glass to get a bright white background. hear is a photo of the kiwi.
